Large Orders, Catering & Events
Planning a party, wedding, or corporate event?
Bulk Orders (1+ Dozen): For large orders consisting of a few dozen cookies or more, contact us directly for custom volume pricing and schedule availability.
Lead Time: Please reach out at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance with your event date, estimated headcount, and desired flavor profiles so we can hold a spot on our bake schedule.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Because our doughs and fillings are made fresh to order, changes or cancellations must be requested via email within 2 hours of placing your order. Once baking or packaging has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Transit Damage or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, please email info@lovehandlescookies.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include (1) your full name and order confirmation number, (2) a description of the issue, (3) clear photos of the affected baked goods and the exterior shipping box with the carrier label visible.
Local Pickups & Pop-Ups
Orders scheduled for local pickup must be collected within the designated pickup window specified in your order confirmation email. Unclaimed orders cannot be refunded due to product perishability.
